Our modern apartment has three guest bedrooms, a brand new kitchen and appliances, along with a full bathroom, washer/dryer, cable tv and wireless internet access.
The 3 BR apartment has one king bed, one queen bed in two large bedrooms and one room with twin bunks for younger guests, a full bath, modern kitchen with microwave, electric stove and oven, new cabinets and floors, large dining table and counter-top island with three seats. A new deck with outdoor seating and a barbeque grill for grilling. All this within sight of your boat, minutes to the beach (less than 1 mile away) and 10 minutes to the many shopping and dining flavors of Wakefield, RI will make this as relaxing a time as you will find anywhere.
From the spacious kitchen with all new appliances to the beautiful panoramic view of the marina and Great Salt Pond and historic Point Judith this waterfront rental can’t be beat if you are a boater or a beachgoer. We have dockage facilities for boats up to 100 feet long, a full service marina and a bait and tackle center on premises.

Weekly/Monthly/Seasonal Rentals Rates
Weekly Rates:
May 1st Through September 30th – $2,200 per week
October 1st Through November 31st – $1,600 per week
March 1st through April 30th – $1,600 per week
Monthly Rates & Annual Rates
Will be negotiated on an individual basis.
All rates include dockage for vessels up to 50 feet long and 18 feet wide. This is a great deal as most marinas in the area charge $4.00 per foot per day transient dockage, at 50 feet this translates into $200 per day, or $1,400 per week, making this one of the best boating/vacation bargains in the Northeast.
Close proximity to Block Island, Newport, Montauk, Cuttyhunk, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and Cape Cod for cruising, and some of the best inshore and offshore fishing along the East coast during the summer make this a “must see” destination.
Sorry no pets, a $500 security deposit is required along with a 50% deposit to guarantee reservations. Refunds will be given with a five day notice of cancellation. Please call with any questions that you may have and to check openings. Thank you.
